Started with a small idea to feed the homeless, today we support Orphanage Education, Old Age Food Support, Handicapped Nutrition and Medical Support, Animal Care, Menstrual Hygiene and our new initiative - Thalassemia Awareness & Support Camp.
Tax Exemption Details
Helping Hands Foundation is registered as a voluntary organization under the Telangana Societies Registration Act, 2001, vide Registration No. 111 of 2024.
All donations to the foundation are eligible for tax exemption under applicable provisions. Donors will receive a donation receipt, PAN details, and 80G certificate (where applicable) for claiming tax benefits.
We maintain complete financial transparency with proper bills and audited reports.
Providing free education, books, stationery and learning materials to children in need. Supporting school dropouts and poor families.
Organizing free medical checkups, health awareness drives and medicine distribution in rural and slum areas. Focus on women and child health and Thalassemia awareness.
Helping women gain financial independence through skill training, tailoring, and livelihood support. We provide training and market linkage support for rural women.
What is Thalassemia? Thalassemia is NOT a virus. It is a genetic blood disorder. In this condition, hemoglobin is not produced properly, so oxygen does not reach the body sufficiently. Our Program: We support Thalassemia children who need blood transfusion every 15-20 days. Without transfusion, they cannot survive. We provide free Hb test, counseling, parent support group and free blood transfusion support. Why we need your support? We are only 6 members team. One day's cost is small, but for lifelong support we need public help. One blood donation can save a child's life for 15-20 days. Your small donation can give a child hope to live. Supporting abandoned elderly people with food, medicines, clothes and shelter. We visit old age homes every month, provide essential kits, medical checkups and spend time with them to give love and care. Many old people are left alone by families. Your support gives them dignity and happiness in last stage of life.
